Refund Policy

At L-Evate, we prioritize transparency and compliance while providing high-quality research compounds. Due to the sensitive and prescription-based nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy to ensure safety, legal compliance, and integrity of our offerings.

No Refunds by Default

All orders are processed only after a valid prescription has been reviewed and approved by our qualified medical staff. Because of this, all sales are generally non-refundable. This includes fully processed, shipped, or delivered orders. Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, partially used products, or opened compounds.

Exceptions and Reporting

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for consideration. Any exception or refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of L-Evate.

Prescription and Legal Compliance

All compounds require a current, valid prescription for purchase. Refunds will only be considered if the order was processed incorrectly or in violation of applicable medical or legal requirements. Orders placed without an approved prescription are invalid and will not be fulfilled.

Promotions and Discounts

Any discounts, promotional codes, or special offers are non-refundable and subject to their respective terms and expiration dates. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
